Coaching Buttons is an open community about leadership within and across the organization. We believe that anyone can be a leader, you don't need to have a traditional title like "Director" or "CxO" to step into a leadership role. If you have a vision for the future and help your team to get there, then you are in a leadership mode.
We invite everyone to join the leadership community at Coaching Buttons by sharing an article with us. If you'd like to contribute but aren't sure where to start, here a few suggestions to help you write your first article with us:
Write about a leadership success that you recently experienced. Share your story about the lessons you learned as you forged a path and led the way.
Interview another leader about their role. What challenges do they face? What was their leadership journey to their current role? What experiences prepared them for leadership? What mentor or coach helped them transition into a leadership role?
Share your advice or best practices. Your insights on leadership will help others to build new leadership skills. Someone else wants to read how you approach leadership in your organization.
Discuss a current leadership trend. Every leader needs to consider the future landscape and build plans to respond to that future. Share an article about one upcoming challenge and discuss how you're addressing it.
